GLN governs its Management System (MS) policy through continuous improvement of methods, processes and products, working closely with its customers, employees, suppliers and other stakeholders.
\nAccordingly, GLN adopts the following principles:<\/p>\n

  • Guaranteeing stakeholders requirements, ensuring their satisfaction, trust and loyalty;<\/li>\n
  • Establishing within its employees the dynamics in investigation, development and innovation by promoting the necessary means and training for the proper performance of their duties, thereby enabling GLN with innovative solutions and a competitive edge;<\/li>\n
  • Providing products and services capable of meeting customer requirements with the highest possible precision and accuracy;<\/li>\n
  • Committing to meet deadlines, product quality assurance and continuous process improvements;<\/li>\n
  • Ensuring risk assessment by defining preventive controls to mitigate impact on products, processes, customers and stakeholders;<\/li>\n
  • Complying with requirements to the standard NP EN ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and NP EN ISO 14001;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Complying with customer requisites, legislation, regulations, conformity obligations and other requirements that GLN subscribes to;<\/li>\n
    • Committing to identifying and evaluating main hazards, in order to define actions that mitigate the risks to witch workers are exposed to, as well as providing safety equipment appropriate for the performance of their work;<\/li>\n
    • Committing to the rational use of resources, based on the concept of sustainable development and continuous improvement of the environmental management system, in order to improve environmental performance;<\/li>\n
    • Ensuring sound waste management and committing to the environmental protection including the prevention of pollution;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      This policy is achieved through the individual involvement of each employee and teamwork, by defining, reviewing, approving, implementing and meeting the objectives of the management system.<\/p>\n

      The MS Policy was approved and disclosed on the 25th<\/sup> of October 2019. And is in revision 02.<\/p>\n
